Pretty Tassel Stand/Riser

A nice vintage stand/riser with tassel feet! A nice one to display small collections or to add height to a bowl or jar. Use as a catchall for trinkets!  Powder room pick me up! A versatile piece. Appears to be metal with a brass look. Dark spots in areas. Still a good one.
