Large Wooden Lion Figure

Thought this fella was kinda interesting. A nicely painted wood lion- large and in charge!! Not sure if it’s vintage but it is unique! Nice ridged details. There is a mark on top of head. Maybe something was glued there? Not sure? Also one leg has an open crack. Still very sturdy!!! Perfect on a hearth or nestled under a table! Could easily be painted another color. Heavy! Weighs in at 7 lbs.
