I think this is such a sweet little vintage trinket dish! Lovely basketweave pattern with a beautiful corsage of raised green dainty flowers!!! There are minor flea bites consistent with age. Made in Italy. Marked Spiga Campagnola. 
Use for jewelry or desk accessories.
